For years we have been killing mature whitetails and long beards in West KY. Some outfitters have large blocks of property they hunt and this is great. However this limits you to the deer that travel that area only. We do have core properties that are large tracts, but these counties are primarily made up of smaller farms ranging from 50 to 250 acres. Our concept is that we hunt the entire county from these smaller farms scattered throughout the key areas in these counties. This and our limited hunter openings allow us to put all of our hunters in an area where they can take a mature animal. AND IT WORKS

Almost all hunting grounds are no more than 20 to 30 minutes from our lodge. The only time we would travel further would be in the event that we have found a MONSTER. So in the event we should tell you we're gonna take a little trip this should promptly put a smile on your face as we have found a specific buck working an area and he's gonna be a potential Boone & Crockett.

This is not to say that you do not have that same opportunity if we don't tell you we're taking a trip but we will be looking tirelessly for those trophy book deer that will likely be taken throughout the area each year. Set your goal as you arrive. Those that truly want to take home a 150 inch deer or larger must be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. And that is the risk of letting that 130 walk and possibly going home with nothing more than a wonderful hunting experience and a relaxing trip. However the rewards can be mind boggling when you don't burn your tag on a lesser deer than you truly desire to put on your wall. They don't call them trophies for nothing.

I take hunting BIG whitetails personal and will lay awake at night processing info gathered on scouting trips taken daily to figure out the angles required to get these big bucks in your cross hairs. Big time outfitting is numbers. Not numbers of big bucks brought in, its numbers of hunters which equals numbers of dollars. OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS NOT MONEY.  I do for this for quality of life and love every minute of it. My PRIMARY goal is to see a BIG SMILE on YOUR face in a picture of YOU holding a BIG BUCK
