This might be one of the best hunting farms I've ever seen. I had to have it when I saw it. This farm could easily hunt 4 to 5 hunters but we will only place 2 in order keep the deer from feeling hunter pressure. Its about 60% fields and 40% thicket, with emphasis on THICK. There are no strait lines on the wood edges and consists of both the ridge and the bottom. About 60 acres is planted in soybeans this year and will definitely be an early bow hunters dream. As the rut approaches there is no doubt that bucks will be using this crp ground as they chase does and travel from bedding area to bedding area checking for a hot doe. To the north is wide open cropland making this area even better. A creek fed by two watersheds borders the farms east line. Open farm ground to the south and more thicket to the west.
Click on the first picture and take the tour as I have tried to describe it in the captions. This is as close to a virtual tour as I could give on nearly 1/2 mile square.
